A TiddlyWiki is a single HTML file that stores notes in the form of "tiddlers". Its JavaScript allows for having any amount of notes open at the same time. When paired with a tool that allows it to be either edited directly from the browser or opened in something other than the browser, it becomes a convenient place to view and store many types of information. System TiddlyWiki

Our system TiddlyWiki was the first wiki/notebook we made with the software. It is where we store information about system history, meetings, residents, and more. We also save links to articles and resources. As a wiki, it is used to describe how certain parts of plurality (such as fronting) work for us.

The Project Notebook

Using TiddlyWiki for our system information worked well for us. We eventually decided that expanding our to-do list wouldn't fit into that wiki the way we wanted it formatted unless we created an entire subsection of the system wiki unrelated to its main information, so we created a second wiki instead. This TiddlyWiki is where we store information about our projects and things we want to learn. Unlike the system wiki, which is used for definitions and recording events that have already happened, this wiki/notebook is made to be actively used during projects. The plugin for two columns allows us to have a list of references and tutorials viewable at the same time as our own notes on whichever projects we're currently working on.

Projects of any kind are improved by background knowledge in other subjects. Therefore, information about different subjects should be interlinkable.

Other

Plugins that look interesting but we currently have no use for: Refnotes (citations, footnotes and abbreviations) and Tamasha (slideshow maker).
